Site Safety Information
Please read the following before signing in. You must acknowledge each item.
Emergency Procedures
- Fire exits are located at the North and South fire stairs on every level
- The fire control panel is on Ground Floor near the lower lobby
- If the fire alarm sounds: do not use lifts — exit via the nearest fire stair
- Assembly point: footpath across the road from the front entrance
- Fire extinguishers are located in common area hallways on each level
- If you discover a fire: activate the nearest break glass alarm, then evacuate
Site Rules
- Wear appropriate PPE for your work (hard hat, hi-vis, steel caps, gloves as required)
- Do not access any area not relevant to your work without BM authorisation
- Restricted areas include: rooftop, electrical rooms, fire pump room, comms risers
- Keep noise to a minimum — this is a residential building
- Do not prop open fire doors or smoke doors
- Clean up your work area before leaving — remove all rubbish and materials
- Report any hazards, damage, spills, or incidents to the Building Manager immediately
- If the BM is not available, call: contact number displayed in the BM office
